The 6SH7 and 6SH7GT are single-ended 8-pin octal sharp-cutoff pentode vacuum tubes designed for high-frequency RF and IF amplification, video amplifier stages, and radar equipment. Featuring high transconductance and dual cathode lead connections to reduce input loading at elevated frequencies, they offer superior stability in broad-band amplifier circuits. The standard 6SH7 uses a metal envelope for integral shielding, while the 6SH7GT utilizes a T-9 glass envelope. Both operate on a 6.3V heater and fit standard 8-pin octal sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
