6BZ6 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6BZ6 is a 7-pin miniature semi-remote-cutoff pentode designed primarily for high-gain intermediate frequency (IF) and radio frequency (RF) amplifier service in television receivers and communications equipment. Introduced by RCA in the mid-1950s, its semi-remote-cutoff grid transfer characteristic provides smooth Automatic Gain Control (AGC) performance while maintaining high transconductance and low interelectrode capacitance. Electrically similar to the 6CB6, it offers enhanced resistance to cross-modulation on strong signals. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 7-pin miniature sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
