The 6BC7 is a 9-pin miniature multi-unit tube containing three independent diode units within a single glass envelope. Designed for television receiver applications, it commonly serves as an FM detector, ratio detector, or combined AM/FM detector and DC restoration stage. It features two diodes with a shared cathode and a third diode with an independent cathode connection. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 9-pin noval sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
