6BA6 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6BA6 is a 7-pin miniature remote-cutoff (variable-mu) pentode introduced in the late 1940s for RF and IF amplifier service in AM and FM radio receivers and communications equipment. Its variable transconductance design allows effective Automatic Gain Control (AGC) without cross-modulation or overload on strong signals. Serves as the miniature counterpart to the octal 6SK7 and 6SS7 tubes. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 7-pin miniature sockets. European equivalent is EF93. Available NOS and tested used.
