6AT6 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6AT6 is a 7-pin miniature multi-unit tube combining two diodes and a high-mu triode in a single glass envelope. Widely used in mid-century broadcast radio receivers, the diode sections perform AM detection and AGC voltage generation, while the triode section operates as the first audio voltage amplifier. It serves as a miniature equivalent to octal tubes like the 6SQ7. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 7-pin miniature sockets. European equivalent is EBC90. Available NOS and tested used.
