- Description
- Specifications
The 4EH7 (EF183 equivalent) is a 9-pin miniature frame-grid pentode engineered for high-gain IF amplifier stages in television receivers and multi-band radio front-ends. Operating on a 4.5V/300mA series heater, its frame-grid construction delivers exceptionally high transconductance and low noise performance. It was widely integrated into late-1950s and 1960s European and American sets from manufacturers like Telefunken, Grundig, Zenith, and RCA. Available in NOS and tested used conditions.
