The 4BQ7 (and 4BQ7A) is a 9-pin miniature twin triode for low-noise VHF RF and cascode stages in TV and FM radio front-ends. Operating on a 4.3V/600mA series heater, its dual triodes feature internal shielding to minimize interference. It was widely used in 1950s Zenith, RCA Victor, and Philco VHF tuners. Available in NOS and tested used conditions.
