The 3Q4 is a 7-pin miniature power amplifier pentode designed for audio output stages in battery-operated portable radio receivers. Featuring a center-tapped direct-heated filament, it operates flexibly on a 1.4V filament line (parallel connection) or a 2.8V line (series connection). It delivers efficient audio output power with minimal power consumption from portable battery supplies. Available in new old stock (NOS) and tested used conditions.
