The 3HQ5 is a 7-pin miniature high-mu triode designed for RF amplifier service in radio tuners and receiver front-ends. Featuring a 3.0V heater for 450mA series-filament circuits, its internal frame-grid structure provides high mutual conductance (15,000 microsiemens) and low noise for effective weak-signal reception. Available in new old stock (NOS) and tested used conditions.
