The 3BN4 is a 7-pin miniature high-mu triode vacuum tube designed specifically for RF amplifier service in radio receivers and tuner stages. Featuring a 3.15V heater rating with a controlled warm-up time for series-filament circuits, its internal shielding and grid structure deliver high gain and low noise in high-frequency radio applications. Available in new old stock (NOS) and tested used conditions.
