The 35Z5GT is an 8-pin octal half-wave high-vacuum rectifier designed for power supply service in line-operated AC/DC broadcast radio receivers. Introduced by RCA in 1939, it became a standard power rectifier in full-size All-American Five receivers, featuring a 35-volt, 0.15-ampere heater with a tapped section for a panel indicator lamp (such as a No. 40 or No. 47 pilot light).
