The 12BA6 is a miniature remote cut-off pentode vacuum tube designed for intermediate frequency (IF) and radio frequency (RF) amplifier stages in superheterodyne radio receiver circuits. Utilizing a 12.6-volt heater string drawing 150mA with a 7-pin miniature glass envelope, it provides variable gain control and signal amplification in antique radio chassis and classic communications equipment. Available in new and used condition.
