80TUB Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 80TUB is a classic 4-pin UX-base full-wave power rectifier vacuum tube introduced by RCA in 1927. Widely used in 1930s and 1940s mains-powered radio receivers, it converts AC voltage into DC output for power supply filter circuits. Featuring dual directly heated filaments, it operates on a 5.0V filament supply and fits standard 4-pin sockets. The 80TUB serves as the 4-pin predecessor to later 8-pin octal rectifiers like the 5Y3G. Available NOS and tested used.
