6J6 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6J6 is a 7-pin miniature high-mu dual triode vacuum tube featuring a shared common cathode design. Introduced during WWII, it was engineered primarily for high-frequency applications including VHF push-pull oscillators, mixers, and RF amplifiers, as well as early digital computer pulse circuits and multivibrators. Its unique internal construction allows for efficient push-pull operation in space-constrained layouts. It operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 7-pin miniature sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
