6D7 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6D7 is a metal-enclosed high-impedance RF amplifier pentode introduced in the 1930s. Electrically equivalent to the classic 6J7 but utilizing an intermediate IO (international octal) base structure, it features a top-mounted control grid cap for minimal input capacitance and enhanced shielding. It was widely used in radio frequency and intermediate frequency amplifier stages in vintage superheterodyne receivers. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 8-pin octal sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
