The 6CF6 is a 7-pin miniature sharp-cutoff pentode designed specifically for high-gain intermediate frequency (IF) and radio frequency (RF) amplifier service in television receivers and communications equipment. Introduced as a high-performance evolution in miniature tube design, it features exceptionally high transconductance and low input/output capacitance, making it ideal for wide-bandwidth video IF stages and sensitive receiver front-ends. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 7-pin miniature sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
