6C6 Vacuum Tube New and Used

- Description
- Specifications
The 6C6 is a classic sharp-cutoff pentode introduced in the 1930s for voltage amplifier, resistance-coupled audio amplifier, detector, and RF/IF stage applications in early broadcast radio receivers. Featuring a top-mounted grid cap for low control grid capacitance, it delivers high voltage gain and stable circuit performance. It serves as the 6.3V heater equivalent of the popular 2.5V type 57 tube and is predecessor to later octal-based pentodes like the 6J7. Operates on a 6.3V heater and fits standard 6-pin sockets. Available NOS and tested used.
